THE #1 SPACE MMO
YOUR GALACTIC ADVENTURE AWAITS
WHAT IS EVE ONLINE?
EVE Online is a community-driven spaceship MMORPG where players can play free, choosing their own path from countless options.
Experience space exploration, immense PvP and PvE battles and a thriving player economy in an ever-expanding sandbox.
Participate in many in-game professions and activities, including war, politics, piracy, trading, and exploration, across 7,000 star systems with hundreds of thousands of other players.
EVE ACADEMY
THE ULTIMATE BEGINNER'S GUIDE
Whether you seek glory in the grand wars of Capsuleer nations, amass wealth through trade and industry, earn fortune and reputation in service of New Eden's powerful factions, or simply explore the universe in search of treasures and ancient secrets, you have total freedom to forge your path.
THE EVER-EVOLVING COMMUNITY OF EVE
NEW EDEN'S HEART AND SOUL
Since May of 2003, EVE Online has continually brought capsuleers across the world together in a universe of meaningful interaction, where cooperation and friendship are the keys to both fun and fortune - fueling a community unlike any other in the wide world of online gaming. This also extends beyond the screen, with official events such as EVE Fanfest in Reykjavik, Iceland and player gatherings around the world bringing players and developers alike together to reminisce and party, with old comrades and enemies alike, and forge new connections with fellow space friends!
The EVE community also plays a vital role in the game's development through the Council of Stellar Management (CSM), a democratically elected player council that meets with developers and provides essential feedback on features and content for the world of EVE. We also welcome EVE content creators of all kinds to join the Partnership Program to be rewarded for their passion and creativity.
Additionally, the EVE Community Team and other developers engage with players daily on Discord and regularly stream on the CCP TV twitch channel - and the EVE Help Center is at your service 24/7 in every supported language. Embark into New Eden and find your place in the incomparable community of EVE Online. We'll see you in space, capsuleer!

eve-online has passed automated validation. It may have or may still fail other checks like testing (verification).
NOTE: No required changes that the validator checks have been flagged! It is appreciated if you fix other items, but only Requirements will hold up a package version from approval. A human review could still turn up issues a computer may not easily find.
Guidelines
Guidelines are strong suggestions that improve the quality of a package version. These are considered something to fix for next time to increase the quality of the package. Over time Guidelines can become Requirements. A package version can be approved without addressing Guideline comments but will reduce the quality of the package.
Suggestions
Suggestions are either newly introduced items that will later become Guidelines or items that are don't carry enough weight to become a Guideline. Either way they should be considered. A package version can be approved without addressing Suggestion comments.

Could I actually get some help with what's going on here? I used my own test environment as well as the chocolatey test environment using the vagrant box and it's installed fine on both, so I'm not entirely sure why this is failing.

Looks like it is timing out https://gist.github.com/choco-bot/0765209a002c3463798ac14f66052a02#file-install-txt-L1184
2700 seconds equates to 45 minutes (if I'm calculating correctly!).
I'll trigger another attempt (which may also use the newer 2019 test environment)

Yeah I know that it's timing out, which it's probably timing out on the AHK install, but I can't figure out exactly where because when I run the package installation in my chocolatey test environment it installs just fine.

Have you updated your test environment to the new v3.0.0 image based on server 2019?

We've found eve-online v2.1.9.8233 in a submitted status and waiting for your next actions. It has had no updates for 20 or more days since a reviewer has asked for corrections. Please note that if there is no response or fix of the package within 15 days of this message, this package version will automatically be closed (rejected) due to being stale.
Take action:
If your package is failing automated testing, you can use the chocolatey test environment to manually run the verification and determine what may need to be fixed.
Note: We don't like to see packages automatically rejected. It doesn't mean that we don't value your contributions, just that we can not continue to hold packages versions in a waiting status that have possibly been abandoned. If you don't believe you will be able to fix up this version of the package within 15 days, we strongly urge you to log in to the site and respond to the review comments until you are able to.

Unfortunately there has not been progress to move eve-online v2.1.9.8233 towards an approved status within 15 days after the last review message, so we need to close (reject) the package version at this time. If you want to pick this version up and move it towards approval in the future, use the contact site admins link on the package page and we can move it back into a submitted status so you can submit updates.
Status Change - Changed status of package from 'submitted' to 'rejected'.
