If you want to change to english language on the fly in other language version press Shift+F12 with the program opened. To return Shift+F5.
You cannot change language in the interface of Japanese, Vietnamese, Chinese, and English versions.
Only en-us, es-mx, pt-br, nl-nl, fr-be languages supported. Similar languages like es-es, pt-pt, en-gb use them.
