## Installs PostgreSQL for Windows from EnterpriseDB

## Service Control
* Run these commands from an elevated shell prompt
### Start the Service

### Delete (remove) the Service
* **The Program Uninstaller will complain about the missing Service when you uninstall PostgreSQL, but you can safely ignore the warning.**
