Important

  • Since the original @TryTweetDuck account was suspended, all the latest news and updates will be posted to a new account @TryMyAwesomeApp

    • After the update, you will see a one time notification where you can easily follow the new account if you either followed it before, or are interested in following it now

    • When writing tweets, you can mention the new account by typing its full name (@TryMyAwesomeApp), or by simply typing @TweetDuck and pressing Enter

Enhancements

  • Updated the example notification in Options with the TweetDuck logo & name, and added a short text guide

  • Since some parts of Twitter (such as cards) cannot easily have the t.co shortener removed, you can now ignore warnings when opening t.co links

Bugfixes

  • Fixed several issues with tweet screenshots (visible scrollbar in some cases, incorrect margins around media, hid Show this thread)

  • Fixed trying to skip example notification causing the timer to stop

  • Fixed a rare video player crash caused by multithreading issues

  • Minor UI and accessibility fixes
