This package is likely a meta/virtual (*) or an installer (*.install) or portable (*.portable) application package.
- Meta/virtual (*) - has a dependency on the *.install or the *.portable package - it is provided for discoverability and for other packages to take a dependency on.
- Portable (*.portable/*.commandline (deprecated naming convention)/*.tool (deprecated naming convention)) - usually zips or archives that require no administrative access to install.
- Install (*.install/*.app (deprecated naming convention)) - uses native installers, usually requires administrative access to install.

This package was rejected on 07 Dec 2024. The reviewer chocolatey-ops has listed the following reason(s):
Visual Studio Code Insiders is the pre-release build of Visual Studio Code.
Visual Studio Code is a code editor redefined and optimized for building and debugging modern web and cloud applications. It's free, build on open source and available on your favorite platform - Linux, macOS, and Windows.
Features
- Meet IntelliSense: Go beyond syntax highlighting and autocomplete with IntelliSense, which provides smart completions based on variable types, function definitions, and imported modules.
- Print statement debugging is a thing of the past: Debug code right from the editor. Launch or attach to your running apps and debug with break points, call stacks, and an interactive console.
- Git commands built-in: Working with Git and other SCM providers has never been easier. Review diffs, stage files, and make commits right from the editor. Push and pull from any hosted SCM service.
- Extensible and customizable: Want even more features? Install extensions to add new languages, themes, debuggers, and to connect to additional services. Extensions run in separate processes, ensuring they won't slow down your editor. Learn more about extensions.
- Deploy with confidence and ease: With Microsoft Azure you can deploy and host your React, Angular, Vue, Node, Python (and more!) sites, store and query relational and document based data, and scale with serverless computing, all with ease, all from within VS Code.

We've found vscode-insiders v1.95.0.20241014 in a submitted status waiting on dependencies. Not all dependencies have been satisfied within 20 days, and there are no packages in moderation that would satisfy this package. Please note that if this package does not have satisfied dependencies within 15 days, this package version will be automatically closed (rejected) due to being stale.
Take action:
Note: We don't like to see packages automatically rejected. It doesn't mean that we don't value your contributions, just that we cannot continue to hold package versions in a waiting status that have possibly been abandoned.
